scrimmage v. UNC tonight at Ehaus fields @ 8:30 pm

It's that time of year again! On behalf of Ring of Fire, I would like to invite everyone out to men's competitive pickup ultimate on Wednesdays at Lake Crabtree Park @ 6:00pm. We will have our first session, weather pending, this Wednesday the 24th. Competitive pickup is open for anyone to come out and enjoy, but we would like to stress that we host this event in order to provide prospective Ring tryouts with a small taste of what playing for Ring of Fire is all about. With that in mind, we strive to provide ALL local ultimate players with a highly competitive scrimmage style format where they can challenge current Ring players on the field and also get to know a lot of the guys prior to our tryout dates. Taylor Pope will generally run field setup and scrimmage logistics every Wednesday and I will be sending emails weekly to remind everyone to come out and play! When there is a chance of bad weather, I will also do my best to keep everyone updated on the status of the fields and any cancellations that may occur.
